Pros +
- We have confidence in Toyoko Inn reputation and standards in providing comfortable and clean accommodations for our travels in Japan. Rooms are well maintained, even the air conditioning filter net is spotless. Amenities such as robes, disposable toothbrushes, lotions and shavers are available in the reception area. We highly recommend Toyoko Inn chain of hotels.
- The hotel has all the necessary amenities and is conveniently located within 5 min walk to Shinkamagaya station. With the station, it was a great starting point to plan your trips. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, budget and location were primary key factors for us.
- Room size, facilities, cleanliness, best value money wise, free breakfast
Cons -
- Nothing in particular.
- I wish I can stay in the same room during my entire stay. The changing room is sometimes good for example if my room facing to the other building instead of facing to the city view. I love to stay in the city view room.
- The bed situation is catastrophic. The mattress is an ( and thin ! ) old spring mattress on a piece of wood. The spring will hurt your shoulders if you are a side sleeper, also your hips.Only for back sleepers.

I sent an earlier survey. Everyone was nice. I forgot her name, but the lady at the front desk at night took her time to show us where to go and how to get there. The guy was nice too and the ladies in the morning. Arigatou. Breakfast was very nice.
The location was excellent. The great access to the areas I usually go. The breakfast was good. wish to have a little more variety of menu but I appreciate all staff were so kind to serve.
